Falsa or Phalsa Sharbat

#5ing
Phalsa(grewis asiatica) or falsa is a summer berry that comes for 3 to 4 weeks only in India. Falsa's taste is sweet and fruity sour but refreshing. It helps fight heat stocks, digestion and induces hunger. Best way to eat is to sprinkle with some black salt but kulfi and sharbat made from it has their own yummy factor.
