28cm Pizza Base

1heaped cup Bread Flour (OR Plain Flour) *about 1 & 1/4 cups
1 teaspoonBaking Powder
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1/2 cupWarm Water
1-2 teaspoonsOlive Oil

Steps

Combine Bred Flour (OR Plain Flour), Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl. Add Warm Water and Olive Oil. Mix until a dough comes together.

Knead, adding more flour as required, until smooth and elastic. Flatten the dough and stretch out into a round. That’s it!
