Grate the lauki with the thicker side of the grater.

Squeeze it properly to get rid of all the water. Now in a bowl take lauki mix all the above mentioned ingredients and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil in a medium heat. Fry the fritters. Let it cook properly from one side then flip it over. Fry all the fritters till golden brown.

Enjoy with green chutney or ketchup
