Take a bowl add yeast icing sugar and little water mix well keep aside for 5 min..now add flour,rose syrup and water make a thick paste rest it for 15 min..fill in the piping bag and shape them direct in oil and fry it

Now make chashni by adding water and sugar and allow this jalebis to soak in this chashni..remove it in serving tray..top up with some fresh cream on it..and it's ready to serve..
