Heat oil in a pan,add garlic then add all chopped veggies

Until then boil noodles and keep aside.

Once the veggies turns soft add all the sauces,Mix well.

Then add vinegar,regular salt,chinese salt.Mix everything well on high flame.Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
