Firstly knead the dough of maida by mixing ghee 3-4 spoon, salt, half spoon black pepper powder and water. And keep aside to rest for 20 minutes.

Simultaneously, prepare the filling by mashing the boiled potatoes.

Add garam masala, amchoor powder, chopped onion, capsicum, chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste and rice flour to the mashed potatoes and mix properly.

Make the small coin sized balls from the potato mixture and keep aside.

Then take the dough of maida knead once again and make out the small Puri sized round shaped from it and cut it's border to give a square shape.

From every side make a half cut from the mid of the border leaving the center point.

Then put the potato ball in the center of the maida wrap and with the help of water in hand close all the cut wrap ends and then fold the side wrap outside and put a clove in the center.

This gives the shape of flower. Similarly make the rest of it and fry in a medium flame.

Serve deep fried hot crunchy aloo flower with the schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup..😋
