Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. Semolina :3/4 cup Oil for cooking :3-4 tsp Onion :1 medium size
  2. Cumin seeds :1/2 tsp Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp Ginger : Small inch
  3. Salt :To taste Coriander leaves : 4-5tsp Green chillies :3 slice
  4. Chana dal :1 tsp Cashewnuts :8-10 Curry leaves : Few

Cooking Instructions

    Take one pan & add oil. When the oil is heat we are start frying. So oil is hoted now. So i add the mustard seeds, also cumin seeds & i am to sizzle beat. Make see that mustard seeds should be crackled. Reduce the heat, now i am adding chana dal. Cook in a low flame until the chana dal is slightly golden brown & adding ginger also & green chillies also. Mix them properly & now i also added curry leaves. Now chana dal is seen a proper cook. So now i added onions & add salt also

    Add half coriander leaves & add cashew nuts also. Now onion is cooked. So after this stage we are added now water. We have to remember that we have taken 3/4 cup semolina so we have add 4 cup water. The flame are high. After adding a water we have you have to be check a taste of salt. So if salt has not proper taste then add some salt. So allow to boil. Now add remaining coriander leaves. He takes 2 mints to boil. After boiling we have add semolina very slowly.

    When we add semolina we have to be contiously stirring. Make sure that lumps are not there. Gently mix well. We have to be cook in low flame for 2-3 mins & then upma is ready to serve.
