Ingredients

  • 6Boiled Eggs
  • 2soft cooking potatoes
  • packetMushroom
  • 4tomato
  • Turmeric
  • Masalas of choice to your taste
  • To tasteSalt
  • Jeera
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a separate frying pan slice eggs and shallow fry, add a pinch of salt and pepper

    Grate tomato add spices (turmeric, masala, salt, jeera, coriander) and a teaspoon of soup powder

  3. 3

    In a pot warm oil once oil is heated add tomato gravy to the pot and let it cook after a few moments add mushrooms and potato and let it cook till almost fully cooked then add fried eggs

  4. 4

    Allow simmering till fully cooked
