This recipe is without onion and garlic. You can mix onion & garlic paste while roasting ginger and green chilli if desired.

Soak Poppy seeds, cashews and almonds in water for half an hour.

Soak saffron threads in one tbsp of warm milk.

Now take a mixer jar add soaked dry fruits & one tbsp milk mix well then blend it and make smooth paste.

Heat a wok on medium flame add ghee. When ghee hot add bay leaf, green cardamom, cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon sauteed then add whole green chilli & ginger paste stir for 30 seconds.

Now add dry fruits paste mix well on low flame. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Now add curd. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes till cook, then add black pepper powder, salt and sugar mix well. Add warm milk cook till it becomes one boil, Now add kewda water & paneer cubes, cook it for 5 minutes until it becomes mushy. Now add saffron milk & mix well. Stir continuously for 30 seconds, lastly add kasuri methi & mix well. Turn off the heat. Ready to serve 'Nawabi Paneer'.

Pour the delicious NAWABI PANEER in serving bowl. Serve with Tandoori Roti or Butter Naan. Enjoy!!
