Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cooking pan except butter

Make sure everything is dissolved before turning on the heat to prevent lumps

You can also sift all dry ingredients first to make it fine.

Cook on low heat until it thickens, keep on stirring to prevent the bottom from burning, it will make our sauce extra bitter with burnt flavor we don't want that. It take about 10 min to thicken.

It ok if there are lumps, we'll deal with that later. At this point you can turn off the heat and add the butter, stir to melt the butter. Strain the sauce while hot to get rid of the lumps.

Then it's ready for any of your desserts.
