Steps

Heat oil in a cooker put dry red chilli and chopped onion and saute it.

Now add ginger garlic chilli paste and tomato puree and saute til leave the oil.

Add all spices and saute for a minute.
- 4
Now add soaked dal,lauki and 1/2 cup water cover the lid take 2 whistles.
- 5
Remove the lid transfer in to a serving bowl sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve it.
