Keep 2tblspn corn separately and coarsely grind rest corn.

Heat butter, add veggies. You can avoid veggies and enjoy plain soup.

Add corn paste. Mix well. Add sweet corn kernels.

Make cornflour paste. Mix cornflour with 3tbspn water. Add water to the soup.

Add cornflour paste and boil. Add seasoning.

Cook soup till you get thick consistency.

Serve hot and relish your healthy soup in this cold rainy season.

Last summer I think almost of all of the corn I bought ended up being turned into this soup!
