Seasoning the potatoes before deep frying adds an extra umph to the overall flavor of the sautéed potatoes!
Steps

Peel, wash and slice your potatoes into a quater inch slices.

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and deep fry them until crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a flat frying pan, heat up some oil (2tbsp).

Sauté sliced onions until translucent.
- 5
Add your potatoes and mix carefully so as not to brake them.
- 6
Season with salt and pepper as needed.(Taste before you do this)

Add some turmeric powder.

Toss your potatoes to mix everything. (at this point tossing is best)

Turn off the heat and serve.

Enjoy!
