Ingredients

2 cupmilk
1/2 cupsugar
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp chopped nuts
1/2 tsprose essence (optional)

Firstly in a bowl add the corn flour and 4 tblspn milk and make a nice smooth mixture.

Now In a heavy bottomed pan add the milk. When it starts boiling add the sugar and cook for 3 to 4 mins. Then add the corn flour mix and stir well to make a lumps free mix. And stir untill thick.

When the milk become thick add the nuts and rose essence. And cook for another 1 min and then switch off the flame.

Now take small glasses and make a thick layer of chocolate at the bottom. Then add the thickened milk and refrigerate it overnight or till set.

Before serving make another layer of chocolate syrup at the top and serve it. Everyone will love it for sure.
