Ingredients

1.5 lbsground sirloin
1diced red bell pepper
1 cancream of chicken
1 canrotel
1 canblack beans
1 envelopetaco seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Mexican chili powder
1 bagShredded Mexican mix cheese
Soft tortillas

Steps

Brown the sirloin and season to taste with salt, pepper, and Mexican chili powder.

Add the diced bell pepper and let it cook for a minute or so.

Take the sirloin and mix in the cream of chicken, rotel, black beans, and taco seasoning.

Put mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish at 375° for 30 minutes covered with foil.

Remove foil, add a layer of cheese, then cover with two burrito tortillas and cover them with another layer of cheese.

Put it back in the oven for another ten minutes or till the cheese is how you like it.
