Knead the maida with salt, water and a teaspoon of refined oil. Keep aside.

Chop the vegetables and mix them with lemon juice and salt. Keep aside.

Roll out two parathas from the dough and fry them and keep aside. Add the beaten eggs one by one on the tawa and place the parathas till they stick to each other and cook properly. Flip itand keep aside.

After they are fried line up the vegetables and add sauces of your choice. Then roll up to serve hot.
