Measure the two ingredients,I used the ratio 1:1

Finely chop the dark chocolate, then prepare your baine-Marie (double boiler)I.e put hot water in a pan or sufuria then place a glass bowl on top, put your chocolate and whipping cream together in the bowl

Leave the mixture to melt together but do not exceed and incase the ganache is too runny add chopped chocolate, incase its too thick add some cream also add little bit of alcohol but that's optional, give the mixture a good stir using a spatula

Get a piping bag or a plastic bottle with a small tipped opening,after the ganache has cooled abit put it inside the bag and pipe your drips on a cake,you can decide to pour your ganache on top of the cake and the drips will form themselves or if you want perfect drips use a piping bag with a preferred nozzle then slowly pipe the drips, yeppy😚, poured the ganache on a marbled cake,absolutely beautiful
