Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Oil for frying
  3. Maggi and some fish spices
  4. Onions and scotch bonnet
  5. Flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur fish and drain put small flour spices maggi onions scotch bonnet and mix well untill u make sure you coat the fish well then allow to settle for like 30mint

  2. 2

    Put ur pan on fire add onions then start frying serve hot

  3. 3

    Enjoy
