1/2 teaspoonCinnamon
Ginger
2tomatoes

Cut liver into pieces

Soak liver into milk for 30 minutes or more

Fry onions with ginger
4

Add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes
5

Add liver into tomatoes paste
6

Cook for 2 minutes then add water as desired
7

Cook for 10 minutes
8

Add Cinnamon and serve
