Wash your Ugu leaves and cut it, keep aside, grind your tomato, pepper and onions.

Add palm oil to your pot and heat then add the grinded tomatoes, pepper and onions, Leave it for 2minute to fry, add water, spices and salt then allow to cook.

After like 40minute then add your Egusi, allow it to cook for 3minute, then add ugu leaves and onions allow to cook for 2minute, serve with Alkibus, Tuwon shinkafa, Waina, etc.
