Ingredients

  • 1large onion diced
  • 1 kgcollard green cleaned and finely chopped
  • 2large tomatoes small dice
  • 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Salt
  • 30 mlcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet heat the oil, add chopped onions and cook till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add collard green and stir Constantly for 3 mins. Then add the tomatoes stir in on medium high heat.

  3. 3

    Add salt and spices stir in keep strirring cook for approx 5-7 mins. Serve and enjoy
