Parmesan and pancetta scones

I love sweet scones but I love savoury scones too. These are a great breakfast alternative and great for picnics and snacks as well. I didn't add salt because pancetta and Parmesan are quite salty. They'll keep for a day or two or you can freeze them. Serve warm with a nice cup of tea :) #scones #breakfast #snacks #picnic

Mix flour and baking powder. Add butter and rub with fingers to get breadcrumb texture. Set a side

Cook pancetta, no oil, drain and set a side
- 3
Mix egg, milk and oil with a fork
- 4
Gently add egg mix until you get a sticky consistency. Add pancetta and Parmesan. Mix again

Lightly grease a muffin tray. Spoon mixture in evenly. Bake at 180 for about 20-25 mins. Check they're cooked using a fork, if it comes out clean, they're ready
