Ingredients

  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. 2 tbsmilk powder
  3. 3 tbsp or according to tastesugar
  4. 1 tbspbread crumbs
  5. 1 tbsp chopped pista
  6. as neededSome kesar leaves
  7. 2 dropyellow colour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take 1/cup milk add it milk powder and bread crumbs

  2. 2

    Rest milk boil until half or thick consistency

  3. 3

    Add rest 1/cup milk with milk powder and bread crumbs

  4. 4

    Stir continuously other wise it stick in the pan

  5. 5

    Let it cool then add kesar leaves and pista, yellow colour

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture into a shallow aluminium bowl or airtight container

  7. 7

    Cover it with aluminium foil or cling wrap freeze it 8 to 10 hour or over night then cut it

  8. 8

    Garnish with pista and kesar
