Whisk the eggs using an electric mixer until they slightly change color

Add the sugar and continue mixing

Continue whisking until you can make the figure 8 from a dropping stream of batter

Add the vanilla bean paste and mix until incorporated

With a spatula, fold in the flour in three parts

Fold in the corn flour, milk and oil

In a 12 inch spring form pan greased and lined with baking paper, spread the batter evenly.

Bake in 325 (160) degree oven for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted does go out wet and the surface is golden brown

Let rest completely on a wire rack then enjoy
