Take a bowl add besan suji lemon oil sugar curd then mix it and wait for minimum 20 mins.

Take a big utensil and add some water then take dhokla stand put it under the utensil and then cover that utensil. Steam dhoklas for 25 mins.

Again take a pan add oil rai curry leaves green chillies and 1 cup water and then boil it.

Let it cool down completely at last put tadka over the dhokla.
