Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsfresh yellow egg noodle
  2. 2 cupchoy sam vegetable
  3. 1/2 cupspring onion
  4. 10medium cooked fish ball cut in half
  5. 10medium shrimp / prawn
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 2small red cili
  8. sauce
  9. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1 tbspdark sauce
  11. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  12. 2 cupstock / water
  13. 1/2 tbspOf sugar
  14. 2 tbspfine dice garlic and shallot

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In pan with oil saute dice garlic and shallot then add in prawn and fish ball with green vegetable then add water / stock bring it to a boil

    Add yellow noodle and mix well till sauce start to dry and starchy off heat add scallion and serve hot
