Somen Noodles with Lots of Vegetables and Leek Sauce

I wanted to eat somen noodles with lots of vegetables, and came up with this recipe.
If you add a little sesame oil to the cooked somen noodles and mix it in, it will prevent them from sticking together and be easier to eat.
Cut the vegetables to the same length to make them easier to eat and prettier too.
Use mentsuyu sauce or soy sauce, whichever you prefer.
Use whatever vegetables you like, as well as imitation crab sticks or other ingredients!! For about 1 serving. Recipe by Mahojo

Finely julienne or slice the vegetables. Shred the crab sticks.

Cook the somen noodles following the package instructions, drain and rinse under cold running water until any stickiness is gone. Drain well and sprinkle with a little sesame oil (not included in the ingredient list).

Put the mentsuyu sauce or soy sauce in a heatproof container. Heat the 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the leek. Add this to the heatproof container and mix to make the leek sauce.

Put the somen noodles on a serving plate. Arrange the vegetables and crab stick on top, and pour on the leek sauce. Add some ra-yu, vinegar, chunky "eating ra-yu" etc. to taste and enjoy.
