Boil milk with sugar till it is reduced to half.Soak saffron in 2 tbsp hot milk.Add roasted fine vermicelli/sevaiya and boil till the milk is thickened.Sprinkle the saffron milk and chopped dry fruits and raisins and toss.Cool and serve chilled.
