  1. 1/2 kgraw mango cut and cleaned wit skin
  2. 1/2 kgjaggery or brownsugar
  3. 1 spoonFenugeek seed
  4. 1onion
  5. 1Tomato
  6. 1 tspMustard seeds
  7. 1 pinchTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a pan add 1spoon of oil and put mustard seed, Fenugeek chopped onion, chopped tomatoes fry it then add nano and Jaggry....ur mango katta meta aam is ready. In Tamil it's Vallam manga
