Ingredients

  • BBQ steak strips(see recipe in my profile)
  • Pizza sauce(recipe in my profile)
  • Pizza dough(Belinda Andia's recipe)
  • Slicespork brawn/polony
  • Salami(optional)
  • Mozzarella/cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Gently roll out/spread the pizza dough.

  2. 2

    Spread some of the pizza sauce on the dough.

  3. 3

    Top the dough with the bbq steak strips, salami and diced polony evenly till well distributed.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle cheese, generously to finish it off. The cheese I normally use is mozzarella, but what I had at the moment was cheddar cheese.

  5. 5

    Pop it in the oven at 200°C for at least 20mins till the dough is well cooked.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy 😋😋
