1/2 cupBesan
to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
2 pinchTurmeric powder
1 spooncoriander seeds
As neededOil for frying

Peel the potatoes and cut it in circle shape, Take a bowl and add besan, potato, salt and all ingredients, mix it well and add some water.

Heat the oil and make potato pakode in medium flame and serve it with tomato chutney and poori.
