  • 1 kgMathki dal ka ata
  • 1 tspAjwain /carom
  • 1 tspTill / seasame
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbsRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup+ Oil for dip frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast salt for few minutes

  2. 2

    Mix every ingredients well

  3. 3

    And Knead it in a tie dough

  4. 4

    Make it's small pede

  5. 5

    And press it in kitchen press

  6. 6

    And dry it for 2 hours on clean cloth

  7. 7

    Than heat oil and fry it
