Steps

Take a big bowl and add boiled potato and mash it.

Then grind the boiled Chhole in the grinder and add it to the potatoes

Also add roasted gram flour, onion, Ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, chopped coriander and mint leaves.

Mix well and make round shape tikkis and then refrigerate for 2 hours and when they get chilled then take them out of the refrigerator.

Now take frying pan and heat some oil and put the tikkis and shallow fry both sides.

Chhole ke tikki ready, serve with green mint chutney.
