250 gramspeas sprout
1small carrot (shredded)
1hard tofu (cut into dices & fried until golden brown)
250 gramsshrimp (additional)
Spices:
3garlics
2shallots
1big red chilli
3big green chillies
1 slicegalangal
1kafir leave
1bay leave
1/3lemongrass
1 teaspoonSalt
1 teaspoonSugar

Prepare all the ingredients

Stir fry all the spices and add salt (1 minute).

Add fried tofu and stir 1 minute.

Add the carrot & shrimp, stir 1 minute.

Add the peas sprout, add sugar & stir 1 minute.

Ready to serve. Enjoy it. Bon appetit 🥰
