In a large bowl,mix all the dry ingredients

Add 3TBSP of vegetable oil into the flour and mix

Add the warm water a little at a time till the dough is plaiable and doesn't stick to the bowl or your hands

Add 2 TBSP of vegetable oil and knead it in into the dough

Wrap the dough with a cling film and let it rest for at least 30 minutes

After the resting time,divide your dough into balls.make sure you cover your balls so that they don't dry out

Roll out your balls on a flat surface and apply a little cooking oil

Cut the dough as shown and wrap the dough,this incorporates the oil in the flour.

Do step 7 and 8 for all the dough balls

Heat your Chapatti pan till is hot.

Roll out each ball into a thin and flat shape and place it on your hot pan,let the bottom part cook for 2 minutes and turn the Chapatti so that the other side cooks too.Apply some oil and let it cook.turn the Chapatti again and apply some oil on that side too till it cooks and turns golden brown.Do this for all your Chapatti dough

Once you are done wrap your Chapattis with an aluminium foil,it makes them softer

Your result is some.soft and tasty Chapatti
