In a bowl, add atta, salt, 1 tsp oil. Add the crushed methi leaves and knead. It by adding water little by little

Once the dough is formed. Rest it for sometime.

Take small balls from the dough. Using poori press, press the balls into flat rounders.

Heat oil in pan, deep fry the pressed poori to golden brown on both the sides.

Flavourful methi poori is ready
