Steps

Take a bowl add 1 cup rice and wash it thoroughly once done keep it aside.

Take pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil once the oil is heated add hing,and minced ginger and mix it well until the raw flavour are gone.then add bay leaves pulav masala and add all the chopped veggies and add salt and mix it well

Then add 1 cup rice and 1 cup water and top it coriander and mint leaves and pressure cook it untill 2 whistles
