Soak black Chana overnight and boil in morning.

Cut tomatoes and onions and grind make a fine paste.

Take a kadhai,heat the oil.Add jeera and crackle.Add onions, tomatoes paste and cook for 4 to 5 mins. After 5 mint add all spices and cook for 10 mins in simmer.

Add kasoori methi and mix.Add black Chana and mix.Cook for 10 to 15 mins again and off the flame. Healthy masala Chana is ready to serve with roti,Parantha.
