I made it for a friend, she's coming over to my house and called me "kiyi min abin dadi am on my way"she likes potatoes so i made this recipe for her, she was amazed.

Peel, wash and slice the potatoes then sprinkle salt all over.

Take each slice of potato and slide in to the skewer.
