For the dough mix everything and make a non sticky dough.cover it well and let it sit for one hour and double in size

For the sauce,blend the onion,tomato and garlic together the cook the mixture for 5 minutes then add salt and spices and cook for about two minutes.the add sugar,soy sauce and tomato paste

Cover and cook for two more minutes.add 1tsp margarine and its ready

Knead the dough for a minute and cut into two equal pieces.spread it using your hands then spread the sauce and all your toppings of choice

Put all the toppings and bake at 180°
