Poori, round, puffed ,fried Indian bread is known for all of us. Generally it is made from whole wheat flour & served with meals. Luchi is similar to poori but it is made from all purpose flour. In West Bengal, during Durga pooja festival ,along with rest items Luchi is also served. Without any occasion also Luchi is served in meals.

Knead soft medium dough & rest for 15-20 minutes.

Roll out small pooris & fry it in hot oil.
