  • PinchSalt
  • PinchClove Powder
  • 1calabash nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1medium onion
  • 2pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef to the size you want. Wash it and pour it in a pot. Add 3 cups of water.

  2. 2

    Grate the onion, calabash nutmeg and the pepper. Pour it inside the pot. Add all the other ingredients and close the pot.

  3. 3

    Allow it to cook until the meat is done.
