Ingredients

For 5 people
  • Bumbu halus (pureed spices):
  • 5shallots
  • 5garlic
  • 5red chilies
  • Bumbu pelengkap (additional spices):
  • 2kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 slicesgalangal
  • 2bay leaves
  • Salt (add to taste)
  • Sugar (add to taste)
  • Bahan masakan (ingredients):
  • 2medium potatos (cut into cubes)
  • 2carrots (cut into cubes)
  • 20Okra (cut into cubes)
  • 500 gramsshrimp

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes and carrots, set aside.

    Stir fry the pureed spices and add kaffir lime leaves, galangal & bay leaves.

    Add the shrimp (add sugar to taste)
