Bumbu halus (pureed spices):
5shallots
5garlic
5red chilies
Bumbu pelengkap (additional spices):
2kaffir lime leaves
2 slicesgalangal
2bay leaves
Salt (add to taste)
Sugar (add to taste)
Bahan masakan (ingredients):
2medium potatos (cut into cubes)
2carrots (cut into cubes)
20Okra (cut into cubes)
500 gramsshrimp

Fry the potatoes and carrots, set aside.

Stir fry the pureed spices and add kaffir lime leaves, galangal & bay leaves.

Add fried potatoes and carrots (add salt to taste)

Add the shrimp (add sugar to taste)

Add the okra.

Ready to eat 🥰😋
