Cut your spinach and wash it well. Blend your pepper onion and scotch bonnets in a blender.

In a pot put small oil and some palm oil with onion then put your blended pepper and others inside.cook your meat and cut it into smaller pieces and wash your dry fish with hot water add it all together with seasoning and spices

Lastly add some cube onion and then put the spinach for 2mints and off the fire.
