Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMango puree
  2. 1/2 cupCondensed milk
  3. 1 cupHung curd
  4. to tasteSugar powder acc
  5. as neededNuta for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat hung curd and condemse milk together for 5 min

  2. 2

    Mix mango Puree

  3. 3

    Add Sugar acc to taste

  4. 4

    Pour batter into ceramic moul or shot glass

  5. 5

    Steam on medium heat for 20 min or bake at 20 min

  6. 6

    Serve chilled
