Ingredients

1 cupsemolina
1 cupcurd
to tasteSalt
1 sacheteno
1chopped onion
1chopped capsicum
1grated carrot
1chopped tomato
1 tbsoil
1/2 tspmustard seeds

Steps

Mix semolina and curd well and make normal better

Rest for 10 minutes

Now add salt and all vegies and mix it well

Heat oil and put mustard seeds in it and pour the tadka in the better

Grease the appam pan

Dissolve the eno in 1/2cup water and mix in the mixture
7

Put 1tbs mixture in all the moulds and cook both sides

Pack in tiffin with chutney or sauce
