Cut ban into 2 part.spread tomato sauce put aloo tikki,onion slice,tomato,cabbage sprinkle salt add cheese slice on top.

Cover with ban piece put burgar on hot tawa add butter and shallow fry from both sides.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
