Savory Crêpe Cake
Perfect for a summer appetizer.
Steps

Place one crêpe on a plate and spread with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Add 2 slices of smoked salmon, then some lettuce, and cover with another crêpe.

Spread another layer of mayonnaise, then add flaked tuna, thinly sliced cherry tomatoes, and more lettuce. Cover again with a crêpe.

Repeat this process two more times, finishing with a crêpe on top.
