  • 1/2 cupbasin
  • 1 cupcasting sugar (pisi wi cheeni)
  • 1 cupmelted ghee
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1egg yolk
  • 2 tspbaking soda

    Ghee ko melt kr k 1 se 1 1/2 ghnte k liye fridge me rkh den.

    Ab thande ghee me pisi wi cheeni ko whisk kren or baqj tamam ingredients mix kren

  3. 3

    Goondh le achi tarah or fridge me 1/2 ghnta k lye rkh den

  4. 4

    Naan khatai ki shape de kr isme egg yolk laga kr 180° pe 15 min tk bake kren.
