Place water, sugar and blueberries in a medium sized sauce pan over a low heat

Bring to a boil string occasionally and then cook for 4-5minutes until the blueberries burst and cook down into a mush mixture will be intensely purple and all the sugar should have dissolved

Place a sieve over a large bowl and stain the blue berry pulp

Use a muddler.or.wooden spoon to blend in mint leaves and lemon

Stir in soda, lemon juice and blueberries syrup Pour into glasses over soda and ice cubes

Garnish with lemon slice and mint
